Mindyyy: This sounds like an attempt to work your way into the good graces of the women of CS.
Ok, maybe it worked this time. ha ha. Nice post but I am still not sure if I like you or not. :-)

lol...nah, I just had some interesting conversations today at lunch with some women that are friends.

Some things are easier to talk about in general with women, on a deeper level of course. Especially when it pertains to relationships and love. Their insight and perspectives are golden and I appreciate it whenever they share their views with me...trust me, it gets old listening to a man's view sometimes, and a lot of men I know in real life don't really open up or get that deep when it comes to matters of the heart.

Anyways, it's a free world and think as you will. I don't know you so I'm not too concerned if you like me or not...lol

And the women that are already my friends, know me. I know I can be a perverted goofball and go overboard at times, but that's me and it's all in good fun.

Be cool Mindy and use the Force...

FreedomLover: I decided I would give him the benefit of the doubt.

laugh Hey FreedomLover bouquet I'm in the spreading the pure love mood around tonight....nice to see ya!

Ambrose2007: That's something I really enjoy, too, SF - the ease with which women discuss many things that most men can only manage an awkward grunt about.

That being said, it's hard to beat a guy friend for tossing back beers and tossing up barbells or a basketball/baseball... The grunting somehow sounds kinda musical then...

Couldn't agree more brother! I would make and official Ambrose appreciation thread, but it's against CS policy to use a user name in a thread title...laugh

StressFree: I really meant what I said in my opening post. I was tired of all the rants lately about men and women. The time came to shift things into the positive happy.

Call me a brown noser or whatever.....but I can find the unique beauty in every woman. I may not be perfect all the time, but I will never...ever hate women.
applause applause applause applause applause applause Very proud of you to take a stand and be counted as a guy who can admit that women are just the bees knees, the cats pyjamas, the best thing since sliced bread. Well saidapplause applause applause

StressFree: I love women. I do my best to understand their ways. I love to make woman feel like she is the most important, special and beautiful lady in the world.

There are so many lovely women out there running wild and looking pretty...waiting for you or me when love is finally on time.....

I have many women friends that I can talk to which I do cherrish. They are upfront and sincere. I get a really good point of view when a woman will tell me how they perceive things on practical matters or dating matters . Women are much easier to talk to about certain unmanly things. Some guys are just impossible to talk to when it concerns matters of the heart and love. I really do love a woman's point of view. Helps me understand myself, women, and the world much better.

Sometime's you've commented in a way that would have some fooled that you're a very jock who doesn't do romance at all, but by bleedin' Hades, I knew from the start that you were one of the guys who knows this to the core.

Hey Pietro!

Yes, I do put on an act at times and may go overboard with some of my off the wall comments. I like a showlaugh

Yes, I do romance but only for a woman who makes my heart sing. However, may recent ex said I was not exactly romantic (like bringing flowers all the time or doing the candles thing or whatever), but she did say I was a good listener, very caring, and sweet. I don't know if that's romantic.

I love doing get aways...like going to a cottage by the beach, going to the shore, and having a "fika". Is that romantic? lol

I think I get mixed up by what romantic means. To me it's just quality time together, and I really try and avoid the cliche type romantic gestures that are seen in a hollywood film.

Anyways, I don't want to hijack my own thread lol.

I just took my daughter to school today. I had a little chat with her teacher (wow), and she has the most wonderful smile and it made me feel good about the morning.

Bless them, women.
