p_seg: Are you encountering the problem when trying to view a video in a browser? If yes, what browser are you using, is it Internet Explorer or Firefox?
I used to use Internet Explorer until about a week ago and then, on the advice of and with the help of a friend, downloaded Firefox. Had no problems before but it has since removed all my plug-ins. I have taken everyone's advice, Paul, and tried to download what has been suggested but to no avail....!!!
........ and yes, after a week of problems I am virtually reduced to tears!!!

type in the Video player kind in download.com and just relaod the whole thing, click yes for overwrite existing files is the easiest I can think for you, or take the other guys advice and get real Player, easiest options,
or go to start menu click, click asseories, click system tools, click system restore and click on date before fire fox was installed,
at a different time I can help you sweep your comp professionally,
Bye for now

Thank you, my friend........ though are you saying IE is better than Firefox coz I am getting conflicting opinions on this......... though it seems Firefox appears to win, the most part.

Thanks again
lol no, i'm not saying one is better then the other. i just prefer to use ie. it's all a matter of what you're comfortable with. just ensure you're well enough protected.
