there is something between using it for fun and to find somebody for the rest of our lifes. We can find friends in here and talk to people all over the world and I like that most!Its great to exchange opinions and expiriences with others.Have a nice day!!!

My friend says i'm weird because she studies in the library and i'm stucked in my room most of the time. Well, i'm not alone, CS keeps my sanity indeed! So, wonderful to be here

when I first joined, I joined in the hope of finding my other half....
time has given me friends and for that I'm grateful.
Now I use this site mainly for entertainment and a way to exchange views on different subjects, also to be silly now and again.

Well I found this Free Singles Site .... and thought "Why not" - nothing ventured nothing gained .. who knows? And now I find I got all these friends, realy special people, each one different and unique. And also I have learned a lot from everyone here - I love the discussions, especially where people are open and honest. And the moral support all the members offer when someone has a problem. Nice to read all the different view points.

I joined last year Christmas Eve as a joke because I was sick in bed and the time wouldn't pass.
I also joined as a tall, blonde, skinny 20yr old and then was told off by the moderators when I changed my profile to make it a little more accurate so that I could post as a wise 42yr old on the forums 
Ever since it has proven to be a battlefield, a roller-coaster of ups and downs, an addiction for about a month in which I put on more kilos than I care to say
a cure for insomnia, and a pleasant, unexpected surprise.
I have made at least one new real-life friend that I really really like.
She knows who she is!!

Met all sorts ON Connecting Singles - mostly decent people, but met quite a few now in real life via CS and they've all been great people (both men and women) - and mainly as friends.............. far too much emphasis is placed by some people on finding the perfect match via CS - you have as much chance of finding your soul-mate in a supermarket, but making and meeting friends is 'facilitated' via CS (in my opinion).
I think if you are relaxed and not 'desperate' you could well meet somebody fantastic via CS - I've been lucky enough to have met a few fantastic people!

well... I use CS to pass the time now... come in when I have time to enjoy the chats in the EU Forums, but CS means a lot to me... I have met a lot of good friends here, people who have helped me when I was at the lowest in my life. I also dating 2 people from CS... which I have to say both are wonderful guys... shame that I had to choose between them, but I am sure that I have done the right choice. And this was only possible with the advice of wonderful friends in here.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank CS for being here... it gave me the opportunity to meet that special person that I am sure will give me lots of love and happiness... and I would also like to take this opportunity to wish this guy a lovely birthday. Today he'll be 28 and I do wish that this will be the first of a long list of birthday celebrations together.
Thank you CS and thank you my darling for making me happy!
