Yes it is...In fact maybe the cops would be better at catching the thing and charging it...not just theft but it's also personation....when someone impersonates you like that......I put mine back on too...so message away thing......

I did graduate from Rutgers, but much earlier. Ummm... I was living in Naples from 87 though 93. Other than some photography down there, I can't imagine unless we worked together???
