I believe that everything is one, so yes, I guess I would have to say I do believe I hear God's voice.

I believe we can talk to God at anytime. It does not have to be down on our knees. Sometimes God gives us answers when we least expect it. Its like the holy spirit just puts it upon us. I could never say their is no God because there as been to many miracles of me be alive in my life. I have been afraid of God at points but I understand that that was all from and I have learned different. I am a live because of who God is in my life.

Was it Abe Licoln who used to have conversations with his dog? I'm sorry I'm so behind on my history (especially American).
I'm wondering how you know for sure you're speaking with God and what if he wants to talk while your busy in ahhh... say the bathroom or hmmm.... you're copulating (hoping I spelt that correctly), does he leave a message?
In the old testament he was kinda' brutal and wanted to drown people and have them kill their own children and such so if this voice tells you to kill a loved one, would you question it.

To me, it would be more accurate to say "In the Old Testament, God was portrayed as being kind of brutal"
