I can relate to this.In a room full of adult male coworkers.Highly skilled labor force of 12 people,there always seems to be 2 that absolutely, LIVE for DRAMA.

Hi.Who doesn't have a effed up family to a certain extent. Seriously, you can only pick your friends can't pick your family...Use them as a model of "what not to be". If you find yourself becoming like them - get help and get out! You can't control or change them, but you can control your interactions and reactions to them...JMO.
