Yes, I believe our whole system is corrupt and there are many things that happen like this to others. I'm afraid a lot of times its all about who you know. People get away with things all the time because of knowing people in office or police officers. Hopefully this will all work out in the end for your friend.

Make a phone to the state attorney generals office... everyone involved should so. city and county law enforcement does not like it when the states number law officer gets involved.

Any lawyer should get them off because there are more than one system made with numbers, unless they signed a statement and said they witness the serial from the game on the report they all will walk....
