It is a BIN file.

I'm being serious for once...if you have a problem not being able to open up an attachment..the problem could be with the sender..

hold the ALT key down WHILE you are pressing the numbers then let go of ALT key
but only works if you have a number keypad on the righthand side of the keyboard ... Doesn't work if you use the numbers along the top ...
