Anyone has this crippling chronic illness.
Would like to hear people viewpoints.
Why does society now refuse to recognize this disability.
I know in Canada it is difficult to prove, and now doctors are
questioned about diagnosing people. I know that you should get a
second opinion on medical care, but isn't that questioning a doctor
who has trained for years and has the expertise in the field.

Any comments on ourt health care. Private insurances are not regulated.
So claims are denied by the companies. If your employer got you the
contract, should they not be responsible when a claim is denied.

Ive had it for many years, heres what I know to get diability u have to get a lawyer.also whats greatly is a product called Fibro Essentials, acapsule from swansons herbs.U can find it onlinewww.swansonsvitamins.com.This capsule and full body massages once in awhile really help.Just be sure u tell the therepist that u have the desease and cannot take deep muscle massage it will make it worse.I have studied everything I could find on it.they now think its cause is the hormone is the meats we eat ect, also the large cattlefarms and chicken plants who all feed with foods that have hormones in them and the dust that gets in the air from the feeds.light exersize helps if u can do it.My insurance pays for treatments, but not the ones i use, of course.Good luck

My ex suffers from it, and has confided her fears that she has for when she grows older...not being able to get around and stuff. Her knees are suffering most prominently. I, for one, see it as a real problem just from watching her....don't know what advice to offer, but you have my sympathy.

The sucky part is, I always told her I would be there for her, when it gets bad, as we got older...Hope the new guy is as dedicated as I intended to be...

Haven't talked to her in a long time...I know she was diagnosed quite a long time ago, maybe back in her teens...she is 42 now...if it ever comes up, I'll relay the info though...thumbs up

I had Fibromyalgia and was CURED in 10 days!!!!!
I took an immune system balancer called MODUCARE.
You can find it in a health food store near you.

The educated knowitall doctors said I would have it for the rest of my life!!! My Neurologist got extremely mad when I disagreed with him when I told him that I didn't receive what he told me.

Read about Moducare and get you some from a location near you.

You can be healed from many other diseases using this product!

Oops... FDA doesn't allow me to say that! Well, I am not a distributor so I can say it. I don't care what they say, I am healed!!!!! Have been for 10 years now!

I've had this for about 7 years, although I no longer take regular Rx's for it...I only take OTC when necessary...the Rx's that I had been on, made me feel much worse. So I just stopped taking all of it, and after a week or so, I started feeling better. Of course, I have good days and then there's the bad days...I'm not trying to say that it'll work for anyone else...but it works better for me...bouquet

Well in my nearly 30 years as a therapist I may confirm that massage definitely changes the physical condition of those suffering from Fibromyalgia ,and it may be true - in some cases - that deep tissue treatments may provoke temporary overreactions ,but they are not harmful ...But there's oftenly another underlying cause ,and too oftenly subestimated by doctors , as a allover the body spread mycotic infection caused by Candida Albicans ( Candidiasis ) ... This phenomenon is oftenly a consequence of repeated treatments with antibiotics ,wich also destroy useful microorganisms of the intestinal flora .Candida is also a yeastlike organism normally present in any human body ,but in small quantities and controlled by other natural yeasts .When there's - suddenly - lack of those yeasts the Candida can start to grow very rapidly (for not to say agressively) and is then able to enter bloodvessels ans spread allover the body .A particularity of spreading Candida is that it causes inflamations (infections) ,from wich the most known are at the level of the skin ,but a lesser known item is that it also affects the ganglions of the nerveroots in the spine ,and may also extend until the brainstam .Infected nerveroots show damaged myeline sheats ,and once this happens ,normal nervous functioning gets disturbed ,and this not only towards muscles as oftenly surgeons make you believe ,but much more than that ,it affects organs and glands too !! Logically what happens next is that the affected person weakens ,feels more and more exhausted ,even when he/she sleeps a lot ....And of course if you get a deep tissue massage ON the spine (with infected nerve roots ) too ,the toxins as a product of the local inflamation also spread more rapidly ,and you feel bad for a while ....of course .
Interesting literature on these matters exist ,do read al you can on the web about Candida (research articles ,not the commercial ones) ,and at least read something about ' Segmental Innervation " and how our nervous system works ( or fails to work ?? ) ..
Any questions always wellcome :-)
Good luck anyway !!

Please remember that people forget about the interactions that certain homeopathic supplements have with traditional, Dr. prescribed medications, and taking these treatments without first consulting with your Dr. can lead to serious complications.

Many people do not take into account that certain blood pressure, anti-depressants, and other commonly used medications can have serious implications if allowed to interact with these supplements.
