Burn out (43)
Know exactly how you feel. Was at my old job for 20 yrs and wasn't an easy one either. Even though I did enjoy most aspects of my job was getting burned out by most of it. So got some training then got a new job.

When you take time off, take time off. The worst thing you can do is let your job so define you that you have nothing else to think about...this is why you're feeling lost. There's just nothing else. I really care about you mags. This is unhealthy. To be so defined by one thing like this...you need so badly to start branching out...if only to a bookstore to buy some books...read something NOT related to work or your job...maybe in the bookstore you'll start remembering how 3 - dimensional you actually are...
