you can still drink coffee............... I try sometimes successfully to leave coffee until mid morning these days...
I drink iced cold water first thing roughly a litre
I drink roughly 3 litres of water a day

It was sad, but hey, I played my part in the breakdown, and I do think it is harder for the person left behind, I still have my memories, I think of them often and fondly... With a smile, an occasional tear, but I do enjoy my life and I know when you can look back and the good times far outweight the bad ones, you are on the road to recovery...
We can all sit and blame other people for how we are feeling, but in all honesty, it is down to us to own our heartache, it is never nice or pretty, but I have been alone now for 18 months and it has done me good, I have learned about me, learnt how to handle me and become far more emotionally intelligent for the time alone...
I can fully recommend it...
Be in touch with yourself, only then when a person knows about themselves can they truly go on to love and be loved...
There is no hole left for another person to fill, just a nice person hoping to love her guy and her guy to love her back...
It really is that simple.
