I have been a member of the Jehovas, the Bahi's and about another 4 or 5 more, I just listened and went along with everything they had to "teach" me until I was in the inner circle, then In front of the leader i let fly with serious questions about their "truths"
I had never planned doing any of this but was genuinely interested in different ways of thinking, by the time I reached the last one the timing must have been perfect as it somehow acted as a catalyst, and within two weeks all hell broke loose in the centre here in Ireland, and it completely fell apart with lands and buildings being confiscated.
Looking back at it now if I cared enough I would do the same again, I don't tbh but I think anyone who does should not argue with them and destroy them from the centre instead!

its all about being informed Pat. Often there is little we can do, but the ability to publish, educate and inform is paramount, especially IF there comes day when the "self annointed" make they're charge or attempt to raise more spectres of fear .

Wow, I am not sure what warranted the attack on Billy Graham?
To say that he does not live (to the best of his ability) what he preaches is saying a lot. I am curious as to what evidence you have of him living a lie.
Is it his many storied affairs?
Is it the many lies he has been caught in?
Is it the billion dollar mansion he lives in (He has lived on less than 10% of that his crusades and material have brought in, that a horrible person)?
Or is it that he disagrees with you? Is it that anyone who holds an opposing view is obviously wrong?

I am not sure about all the apologetic sites you speak of (not a lie). The only ones I use are Last Days Ministries, and Way of the Master. Though I am sure you can come up with a lot against those, I doubt you find much in the way of lying there.

I have been looking at the psychology of "belief" seems it's part environmental and part inherited.
The environmental one tends to have a much higher level of stress and neurosis among its members although they are the standard church going type and the inherited one which tends to be extreme has a normal health pattern!

I guess the main thing I try to do is pay attention and listen. With all that women demand, it seems that if you give them your attention and listen to what they are saying, they appreciate that the most.

Those famous tests done in the US with twins divided at birth prove that there was an inherited belief system borne out by some being identical and some not, hence the search for the controversial God gene.
