What are they? Where are they? Anything like intuition?

Do you feel them in various parts of your body?

Any stories?

Instincts are primal and intuition is spiritual.....Instincts tell us things like...we need food and that if we don't eat..we don't survive....Intuition is our 6th sense that is a gut feeling we get about a certain person...situation etc....wave wink hug teddybear hug bouquet

When I was 9 years old my friend and I were riding our bikes when we passed by a church that was surrounded by orchards. There was a man parked at the side of the road and he flagged up down and told us that he had stopped to let his dog out for a few minutes and the dog had run off and could we help him look for it... my friend said yes right away, but I had a bad feeling about him.

I grabbed her hand and lead her in the opposite direction saying we would look over there... after a couple of minutes I shouted over to him that we were late getting home for dinner and had to go... he said he wanted to give us each a dollar for helping him... I said no, that we were happy to help for nothing and we got on our bikes and rode off. I did have the sense to see the kind of car and the license number and when I got home told my parents about it and said that I had a bad feeling about the man.

They called the police and it turned out the man was wanted for questioning about the disappearance of 3 kids. He was arrested and later convicted.

Since then I have always listened to my 6th sense or what ever it is, and it has never let me down. I have been in situations with people that appeared to be very risky, but knew I could trust them... by the same token there have been times I wouldn´t even get in a conversation because I got a bad vibe off someone.

My poor little brain. I do pay attention to feelings because I know that many little things can be processed by the subconsious to bring to attention a better thought when consided with the consious.

You can't have guilt over a person or situation you don't know anything about...so it has to be gut...tongue

Yes, seems we get a knowing in our brain and then in our body, somewhere, to tell us to "Pay Attention!"

I think we all have it to start with... I was fortunate in that it was confirmed for me at a young age... I think most people question themselves and feel bad "judging" a person without giving them a chance and start to question these instincts and slowly, over time, lose them to a degree.
