As a foreigner visiting the USA this past Easter I watched some of the then up coming candidates for the US President on television and what they would offer.
Hilary Clinton to my uneducated on American politics eye seemed to very much be for women's rights and human rights..... Was an advocate for issues that affected children and families... She certainly championed a health care system like our NHS in the UK. With this in mind do you guys think she will make a good Secretary of State?
Is Obama working wisely keeping all these people close to him?

I hate to disagree but Hillary hasn't championed a health care program, she simply talks about it like most other politicians. Much like her husband. Even so, I think she will be a better SECSTATE than she would have been as President.
Regarding Obama, it will be sometime before anyone can really judge his effectiveness. Some complain about the amount of Clintonites in the cabinet but I think he needs to surround himself by experianced people, especially during te current economic crisis. We really need to give the guy a chance to succeed.
