I want and desire a good man in my life. Everyone is going
to get so tired of me repeating this, but I am just being
honest.

Those are our survival needs...we have emotional needs as well. It's part of the human condition to need a mate and friends. Maslow's hierarchy is pretty accurate.

I want medical attention, this pitta has made a hole in the roof of my mouth and i think all the skins falling off.

I hear what you are saying but I think the self-actualization is a biggie (not that you are saying it is not). I think one is more likely to fulfil the self-actualization when away from society ironically.

Well, I fill out and send in every junk mail sweepstakes doohickey that comes in the mail and that gives me something to do. I found a wonderful lady right here on CS and that gives me someone to love. And I hope like heck I eventually win about 10 million of Publisher's Clearinghouse's bucks... So between junk mail, and a good marriage, everything else is icing on the cake!

Now you are saying the truth here, amen to that. Us humans however have got such a thing as wants and they take priority now I want and I want. We are so lucky that we were not born in the 3rd World and have to starve day in and day out and die from horrible disease due to dirty water. I am grateful for the little things in life since have been to the 3rd world and its not a nice place. Well said nice one. Best wishes
