I got this e-mail from him:

First of all: a man who posts in the forums who is too afraid to show his face doesn't get anyones respect.
Maybe you were arrested for a felony and are afraid someone will recognize you?
Philosopher? Wow, a 4 syllable word; must have looked it up in the dictionary, counting the amount of mistakes you make.
I have plenty of young friends, younger then you, but we treat each other with respect.
I think you're a bitter, frustrated little boy.
A lot of other members seem to think you're not that bright either.

On a couple of occasions i have gotten this type of "personal" attention...one stands out in my mind the most and that's because he had picked up on the fact that i had once worked for the government and decided to rake me over the coals for it....

I started a thread "why bother"...for this reason...

I get a strange mail and out of courtesy send a no thanks reply and the idiots keep emailing back......

Best thing to do is block them on CS.

If they have your regular email, you can do a "block sender" and have the mail be deleted directly off the server.

you know what to have that happen at all with anyone you know or don't know and you hear about you just want to do something about but really can't except try and get it straightened out and hope for the best. but people don't need e-mails like that. i'm glad that cs has the block option available i've had to block a few people so far and i didn't want to but i had a few guys going to far in trying to meet with me and i didn't want to cuz what they wanted from me i wouldn't have given to them if i really knew them and everything. the best thing you can do is block the guy and hope for the best.

If you are going to "show balls" in the forums, expect to get back lash! It should be dealt with in private emails not brought to the forums.

Agreed! C'mon boys, haven't we seen enough bloodshed this week?
