Hiya Mini......well Ive never smoked and I know it must be really difficult to give them up......but anyway my son has smoked for the last 7 years......he gave it up at the New Year...and honestly he turned into a monster.....I was actually quite glad when he went back on them and the house was peaceful once again....he is normally a lovely placid natured boy.....

How are you anyway....well is it Cork or Dublin this weekend...?? laugh

Yeah I think I have been a bit moody and got dizzy spells and headaches and then sniffles....just shows what I was putting into my body for the last ages ...I gave up when I was pregnant but suppose it was easier then cuz I was doing it for a reason!

It was Dublin this weekend...him and the boys came up for the nite....so sad 2day though when they left....and Cork next weekend!! Cant wait!

i am still stuggling with the habit, i have a friend that kicked it cold turkey, he would note where and when he would have a cigg, by the computer, after eating, with coffee and he found that there was a pattern, he broke the pattern, sounds so easysigh

Tend to get pretty tempted - miss having a smoke in the morning or with a cup of coffee (was never a heavy smoker thouh). It was something to do, as a distraction or to change tack mainly. The prospect of making cycling harder work for me keeps me away from the casual cigarette - for the time being at least.
