My two cents is:
If they don't have a photo, chances are he/she is married.
If he brags about candlelight dinners, holding hands when walking on the beach

DazzleYou: Since this is a dating site, and all come from a myriad of experiences with online dating, I want to know what you consider a red flag, or what concerns you when talking with a prospective match?
I will go first.
1 - When I read a profile, if it is laden with profanities or is not written with coherent thought, that is a red flag to me.
2 - if someone is clearly outside of my preferences
3 - If they want to go to email too quickly - sometimes even in the initial mail they send on the site.
What can you add?

Yesterday I received an email telling me how beautiful I am, how wonderful my profile is, yada, yada, yada with BS. Then he said "women of your continent have so much to offer". His profile said he is in Florida and he looked like a clean cut American man. When he used the word "continent" I knew it was one of those Nicaraugan (sp?)scams. A police officer I know said it's best not to even answer those emails so I deleted it right away.

Harrassment can turn into ugly things. Really makes you wonder about the depths of the person's mind.
