Well it's certainly not a benevolent act on the part of governments to try to SAVE resources for everyone.
Instead it's a ploy by which a few greedy hands intend to control all the resources and their use on a global scale.
As for "global warming".
It's true to a certain degree, but it's a hoax nonetheless.
The Earth is indeed getting a little warmer (.05° degree over the last 40 years).
But Mars is warming too.
It's mostly due to an increase in solar radiation.
"Since the late 1970s, the amount of solar radiation the sun emits, during times of quiet sunspot activity, has increased by nearly .05 percent per decade, according to a NASA funded study."
"...records of solar activity indicate that solar radiation has been increasing since the late 19th century....(this trend) would have provided a significant component of the global warming...reported to have occurred over the past 100 years,"
Mars is also heating up,
by the same proportional increase as the earth.
We'd do better to stick that money into Global Pollution Cleanup,instead into something as fictitious as Global Warming!

Well ... the ice-caps are melting, the oceans are rising, the water currents are changing - so the climates are changing - makes sense to me.
