Sounds like she wants out of the relationship since you have a child. And what's worse is she makes you feel guilty about your child.

I think you need time with your child first. Give yourself time to know your child and what you really want before you jump into another relationship.

You caught up again, which shows she was at least willing to listen. Maybe need more time. Does she refuse to ever see you again? If so, give her some space, otherwise you might drive her away even more. The situation is obviously much more complicated than the few lines you have written about, which is understandable.
Keep the lines of communication open. That is all you can do. In the meantime, as you have much on your mind anyway, perhaps you, too need time to work some things out. And meantime, do go and enjoy your baby. JMO.
