Well those barbarians are humans and you will find them in every race. I know I come from quite a few of those onery races. Think about it. It's human nature to be savage and primal and sense the cavemen have exited the building we come up with other ways to kill each other.

On another level, maybe that's what we are here for in this world. Maybe this world is just constant non-sense,pain and suffering. Perhaps a stop for our souls to experience this harsh world?

If I didn't believe I and others had a soul or spirit or whatever you want to call it then it would be easy to be hard but you choose the view you have of others and the world. You can view the pain and suffering, wrongs and evil or you can be balanced and realize there is also great humanity, compassion, wisdom and profound beauty that comes from each of us individually.
The soul endures even when it leaves this existence.

Gather every politician/religious heirachy, and civil servant of rank from every nation on earth who makes policy, fence them in and then drop a fuel air bomb on them.
No more politicians and no more trouble.
Simple, and split the bill between the UN.
