I was only jesting, but very much hope Foxy's travel arrangements to meet you are not hampered in any way However, if nature delay's his departure, (even indefinitely ), well I am sure you both will have a great time
I'm 54 going to 55. I feel that I have not changed since I was 17. I'm the same person as I was before. True I gained pretty much life experience....but, that's all. I do not feel any different than I used to when I was young, and I do not think I should be treated as or I should feel second class citizen of the world because of that, the opposite. And I do not think my age could make more difficult finding a partner than it was ever before. What's you opinion on that?
But it´s not really about how we feel is it? I feel 18 at times but a swift look in the mirror reveals the truth. Age discrimination is not something I worry too much about here in Spain in so far as dating goes, older women are respected, and are still attractive to men, but it is a problem in the workplace when so many people are losing jobs.

I don't know about anybody else, but when I look in the mirror in the morning I see that some old geezer has moved in. As if that isn't bad enough, the guy keeps eating my cookies. I may have to hire a guard to keep him out of my house. he even make me trim his beard. Thank goodness Gabi has not seen him yet. I am trying to leave him in Honduras.

Yes, age is a determining factor, but it's the ladies mental age that does it for me.
I have met some much older ladies than myself, with a wonderfull outlook on life, young at heart and playfull.
I have also met some young ladies with a very mature outlook with whom I find a lot in common.
I guess I am just lucky not to discount a woman just on looks alone.
Ah yes! My man thingy, he is 12 years younger than me, and I keep wondering what the hell he sees in me?......gets me worried sometimes - specially when I`m checking out my wrinkles in the magnifying mirror! Gosh those things should be banned!
But, hey, it happens, and at the least expected times .. you meet someone and you click!... and this Man Thingy of mine says he doesnt care how many times I been married, or who is older .. him or me! Nice hey?............
