living in my own home was good but now i feel the spirit has died im not talking on my home but my very own countrie
the people aren't the same the land is being tarnished the mood of the countrie is bringing me down
the land i live in is beautiful but the peoples attuide is not i feel trapped in this island of anger a island playing the blame game
the island of ireland is dying the island of ireland spirit has died the fight for rights have been buried deep down for those who are under represented
the island of ireland has died to me i feel all alone i feel a bit annoyed have we given up on our island our have most my people gone to greedy and to self absorbed into there own thinking
i feel like the last i feel at times im alone i just want happyness but why can't we all just unite together and pull it off

I don't know if it's your current location within Ireland or what, but I was just there a few months ago in County Clare and found it charming and the people warm and friendly with a lot of "Irish charm." I hope your woes are temporary and that things improve for you.
Times do get like that when the buble bursts, but you know as well as I that the Irish are tough and resilient, it will change! Rob

I am sorry y0u feel so down, but your words could be meant for many places around the globe. We must look underneath the cloak and would be surprised at times. Your lines were very potent.
hariksna says it very well scarwolve - and you are not alone in thinking this way, but the spirit is the piece of us that rises back up and carries on. be resilient yourself and those around you will follow.
