YOU

YOU COME INTO MY LIFE, LIKE A CALM DAY.
NEXT THING I KNOW THINGS GO ASTRAY.
FIRST YOU SAY YOU LOVE ME, THEN YOU DONT.
THEN YOU WANT ME, NEXT YOU GO.
FIRST YOU SMILE, THEN YOU FROWN.
THEN WE HUG, NEXT THING I KNOW YOU'RE NOT IN LOVE.
YOU LEAVE AS FAST AS YOU CAME.
NO WONDER WHY I HATE TO HEAR YOUR NAME.

About this poem:
I WROTE THIS POEM LAST YEAR AROUND THIS TIME. I WAS IN AWE WITH THIS PERSON AND IT SEEM THEY ALSO KNOW HOW TO BREAK INTO MY WORLD & HEART WHEN THNGS WERE GREAT AND HURT ME. I LEARNED TO LIVE WITHOUT THEM. BUT I ALWAYS LET THEM IN. BUT NOW I WONT GIVE THEM THE TIME OR DAY.

Hi Summit

Succinct and to the point - and it seems you have learnt from your experience, which is a positive you can take from that relationship.

Best wishes
