It was hard to watch you pirouette with your goliath-sized demon -romancing your inner death each fall-away day
the matador dancing a dangerous lie the crushed flower beneath preoccupied feet looked a little like me, in a curious way.
Against the red red sun your silhouette burned hard your darkling image into my eye so that not even in sleep would you fade away.
Await on the threshold of some greater cause, I teetered, not knowing which way to freefall; in a chasm the size of the Milky Way ~you stamped out your nameā¦ ~Oh~ I guess that was my soul, after all.
Another lovely poem but I think it drew out sadness in me. An excellant poem again starfire girl. I also loved (I teetered not knowing which way to freefall) You have some lovely phrases in your poetry.

I teetered and did freefall through your poem and came out the other side breathless....thank you
This poem deserves a wide acclaim, as does all your poetry. You are an accomplished poet, a master of pen. "... so that not even in sleep would you fade away..." - lost love leaves indelible marks, poignant memories remain, "stamped out" they are as you put it in a way characteristic for your style. Thank you for sharing your poetry with us!
thank you for all of your wonderful commentary! :)

,this is superb writing, you leave me breathless. I thought you used some words that just raised the energy in your poem,it was really awesome,i don't know about others, but i really did enjoy reading this, with you the author's permission, can i borrow one of your phrases .
You are a most honorable poet and writer to ask permission to borrow a phrase from another...You raise the bar! Which line intrigues you? I am most curious!
All of us have fallen, at one time or another, into the vast and formless field of infinite love, the kind that has opened our souls to a tenderness that can not be spoken. We are all joined at the heart. Thank you all so much for your kind words.
