Reigning Thoughts

The raindrops beat a rhythm
on the window pane
the clouds crush close
in bunches.

The sky is grey
with unspoken thoughts
the wind stirring
ghostly voices.

The cows are silent
with watchful eyes
the trees a solemn
monument.

Restless thoughts
wander through my brain
and disappear in the crannies.

it is an interesting poem. it has an elusive quality to it like well to be honest I don't really know. every time I try to grasp it it just slips away again disappears in the crannies.
did you have something in mind when you wrote it?....elo

YES, i was thinking about the pensive qualities of the rain, and deep thought,my surroundings,the lobular planes of the brain,and mysticism or magic. Glad it made you think! ; ] did u like it...

This is an interesting write as the latter stated.All of the stanza's stood out to me especially these two-:
