the rose

master oshiba was in the garden ,
meditating in front of a beautiful
rose bed.

a young disciple came and asked a question:

-venerable master,what's love ?

-contemplate the roses.
replied master oshima.

after a moment of contemplation,
the youngster said :

-master,love is just a foolish illusion !

go now on your path and come back only in possession of a rose
who never wither ! concluded master oshima.

Your enigmatic musings are indeed deep - Master Oshima's philosophies are not for the faint hearted.
