Every stop along the road has led me to other people with a great heart,
Trying to change my path as I plotted coordinates on a chart.
Just when I thought this was different it ended just like the rest,
Leaving me sitting on the floor crying and a pain in my chest.
One day I will find the right one for me just like everyone says I will,
However for now that seems much farther away at this point still.
So for now I keep running on this path of life trying to reach my goal,
With the hopes that along the way I will bring along a soulmate with a beautiful soul.
