Not all my days under
the sun are attended
with wisdom
Sometimes I get lost
in the ramble and confusion
of my own musings
Sometimes the perplexities
of life overwhelm me and I
must smile at my own ignorance
Surely, I have had good days
where in the light of sound
reasoning I might radiate as
the northern star
Yet, there are dark clouds of
doubt which cast a shadow over
me, and I need a friend, a
comforter..
One upon whose shoulder I may
recline
One whose strong wings will
cover me in moments of
uncertainty
It is in those times that my
heart is renewed, and I find
strength to face the naked light
of day
