Older

Time just makes me older
Never bolder,
Infrequently wiser...
Maybe a miser
with my love.

I refuse to think sensibly
it's me
a facet on a coarsely cut stone
so atone
but feel more at home? but how?

I can only be poetic
it's pathetic
I'm defeated.
My value's badly meted,
I'm defeated

This one shows me you. When you run out, pick up an object not of the heart and see what you write. Could be a ball, or birdlaugh

Hi Andy,

A nice poem mate. Older and infrequently wiser. Glad I'm not the only slow learner. Thanks for sharing. cheers

Hi Redex... Dunno if a woman has ever said to me to go out and pick up a bird before... uncertain
