self-righteousness

Sententiousness is he who reads or acts with out knowing the heart, as it is written: none is righteous, no, not one; to practice righteousness before others, to boast in our accord is not the way. Open your eyes and see, lift the clouds from your mind and practice self-righteousness no more.
