Love's Own Lullaby
“Love’s Own Lullaby.”
By,
Michael P Clarke.
(Terrzanelle.)
Love sings its song, a Lover’s lullaby,
So softly it sings right into the heart,
Lifting the heart to the midst of Love’s sky.
A gentle song it has been from the start,
I see heaven in your beautiful face,
From me the song and vision shall never part.
Come now within my dreams of silk and lace,
Where love it does shine with the brightest light,
Within Elysium dreams shines your grace.
You shall always be beauty to the sight,
always you come to me within my dark,
when i am with you life does shine so bright.
Now with you my heart does sing like a lark,
Your beauty shines and light is all i see,
Now love shall always be more than a spark.
I now do sip from your lips so divine,
in beautiful dreams you will stand with me,
as i look with love on your eyes that shine,
with you in my heart i am ever free.
