Somewhere deep inside my mind the words you said persist to shout; yet still they help me try to find a way to let these feelings out. And so I sit and write this poem, and let ink take my thoughts away; cause the only place I feel at home is the only place that I can't stay. So as I heal my heart of pain, there's still one thing I have to do; the only thing that keeps me sane, shedding tears... full of you.

About this poem:
I'm not sure how to explain this poem but I'll give it a shot.
This poem is about trying to use the harmful words that were said to help get over a breakup; because its to easy to remember all the little things that your going to miss, and that just makes it harder to get over. But no matter what, most of the time you'll catch yourself thinking of all the good things that your are going to miss. So I tried including that in my poem by saying that all the good things made it feel like a "home", like that was where you belonged but can no longer be, so you write to try to clear your mind. (well that's what I do at least) Then it all comes down to shedding a few tears, cause sometimes you just have to.
