Not rainbows nor honeybee's
Author: Unknown
Maybe one day you'll see
That my life wasn't all
rainbows and honey bees
it wasn't a cup of coffee,
or simply sweet green tea
it wasn't full of laughs,
or simply full of anger
you wouldn't understand,
Her perfect life echoed bitter
Despite all my flaws
But needless to say
my life's been full
of heart warming gifts,
and suprisingly the most touch felt stories
that you couldn't resist
chapter after chapter,
I witnessed a character
who brought me to life
Who looked at me different
and took the knife
her life wasn't full of rainbows and honey bees
or a cup of coffee, or sweet green tea.
She taught me that we all hurt,
and we all disagree
but took me by my hand,
and prayed with me.
And said,
Don't run
and be the bullet that leaves my gun

About this poem:
This poem is about my twin sister, who I took all the attention from growing up Because of all my issues. And we didn't realize, or pay attention to her's. So i've wrote this poem for my twin sister, to let her know that i see her issues and she's not alone. Because in the end she's lifted me up, and through it all we've helped each other grow stronger.
