Nelson a name on many lips these few days,
a name in the history books and on google for all to read.
a Man who lived two completely different lives in both halves of his, who made a name for himself and who everyone will remember.
But what does he mean to ME, I am not up to date with politics and am a true blond when it comes to so many things of interest in this world, for me I feel things for myself.
So, as a girl I did not know this name, as a teenager I had never heard of him, as a woman he suddenly became someone I saw in the limelight, and I thought, ok another man who has come to try make a differance in this world.
And now I sit back and to me, he has done what he said he would, he has helped unite a country, he has become loved by 99% of the world, his gentle way has endeared him to so many.
I am not into politics at all, I go with the flow, am a dreamer and believe in the good first always, trust very fast and fall often.
But I believe this Man came to us for a reason and I believe he has brought about a huge change that the world needed in a suprisingly gentle but firm way.
looking back on how I see Nelson Mandela, I see a humble but very strong Man who said he saw a vision of a rainbow nation and he made it real as much as he was able to.

There are few people in this world who have has the capability to bring people together in times of conflict --Nelson Mandela is one such man
He is an inspiration to many around this world of ours --indeed many world leaders would be better , if they showed as much compassion , empathy and understanding as he does
This a lovely piece of writing dedicated to man , so respected , and held in such high esteem
my thoughts and feelings
This morning, I awoke to more news of his failing health and was inspired to write "Tata". Now, I read Nelson, a Man and feel connected to its author and her sentiment about the man who has brought about a huge change that the world needed in a suprisingly gentle but firm way. Thank you for sharing.
A fantastic tribute to a very humble man who uplifted the spirits of so many people and encouraged them to walk that extra mile a very enjoyable read. Thank you for sharing.. Vickie xx
