It is you
my love
I wish to see

When I open my eyes
in the morning
as I yawn and stretch

I touch your back
kiss your neck
this is my good morning

Let us take our fill
of love each morning
solace ourselves in love

When you awake
turn over my love
see me lying next to you

I will smile
it will be a new day
a forever day

Even if it's
a total eclipse of the sun
you will brighten my day

Come to me
join me
in a feast of love

In the morning...
