Fueled with laughs, inspired by Hope: The rest of the world will admire how we cope. Encouraged with prayer, accompanied by joy, We knew they'd wonder your love for this boy:
Different backgrounds,so far apart, The one thing I love, admiring your heart: Your wish so pure, intensions the same... One day,for sure you'll hold my name.
Multiple goals not just yours or mine, Keeps pain running down not just my spine. The world not happy, praying us apart, No one cared,of our dying hearts
Mark7791, I do not know your background nor your true intent of this poem, but, I surmise from your living in South Africa, that you are referring to a close friend of a different skin color, if so, I just want you to know...I have had similar experiences in America, where my dear friends were of a difference in skin color and background, but we loved the similarities in ourselves, and each other, regardless of societal views! Like I said, this is my interpretation... Be that as it may, I enjoyed this very thought evoking piece! Well done, my friend...and, if no one has of yet, I wish to welcome you to the "Corner" ...and, "This Is Not Spam"! Robert

While this presupposes a great hope still alive, Mark, yet your last words seemingly goes out to a dying hearts? Can't figure it out myself but just the same. good write.
I have already welcomed you on your first write so I would refrain on that although I am waiting for more from your writes.
