The axe whacks, The saw cuts, The trees bleed green blood, The "Timber!" call, Trees fall, The earth sings the saddest song, The ground feels the dying roots, When will we see the awful truth, Corporations make a dollar or two, Deforestation is killing the world...
Its also madness ....Madtat.......Short and to the point ........Good onya mate ...Regards Nu

This is so sad and I liked the strength you give this. Money greed are everywhere. But I feel a bit optimistic too as some places demand trees be planted before planning permission given for houses or shops. So regrowth is happening.
I remember going into the woods that were logged and the mess they left behind. We would be looking for morels and the conditions have to be just right for them and these loggers take that away. I once rode with my brother in a logger and was amazed at their power, just run right over trees with it. How do the trees stand a chance against these machines?

but i fear the devastation is beyond repair...
Man will never see the truth, so much damage is done in our beautiful world, in the name of greed.
