To thy Celtic Lady on a Journey with No End

I once knew,
and still know,
this woman,
not only known as Lady,
but a true lady of the word,
in every aspect.

I guess I was just,
one of the lucky ones,
and privileged ones,
to see how true love,
from someone's heart,
can make everyone happy.

I know she has tears in her eyes,
when it rains,
but she is like the sunshine,
and the next day,
all those tears dry up.

She's not a myth,
but if I didn't tell you that,
you would think she was.

Is there much more to know about her?
Yes, there is!
But, you wouldn't have the time to find out.

So, let this be known,
that there is a Lady out there,
that is, as I said.

John, you made me cry with this touching tribute. I am honored that you think of this way and I thank thee for the amazing compliments. What a wonderful gift! I am priviledged also for your friendship. I have met some delightful people here and yes, you know I have gone through my share and I do try to pick myself up in a hurry. Too much of life passes by when sadness, blame and all the other stuff become the ruling factors in our lives. When I got clean and sober, it was the dawning of a new life for me. That is not to say that there haven't been endless trials. I've had to deal with them without my old crutch. So some days are harder than others and losing both my parents in a five year span took away two of this I loved dearly. I have their wisdom in my heart, but some days I so wish I could talk to them.

I have enjoyed getting to know you and feel blessed for all we've shared as friends. You are one fo the few people I've chatted with for this long. I hope you find a beloved companion and she adds amazement to your life. You are a dear soul. Thank you with all my heart once again for this incredible tribute. Hugs, Celtic Lady. Lady to those who know me personally. Take care John. Love ya!

What a beautiful tribute - and to someone I've just barely met in the P.C., but who immediately made an impression on me a year ago(doesn't seem that long ago)

Love it all, but esp. the last:

"that there is a Lady out there,
that is, as I said."

"...that is, as I said" - so simple, but speaks volumes - and just a brilliant ending!
