Moments of pure beauty, Torture madly with you gone, I badly wish to forget, But sadly still hold on, To ignore you is to feel empty, Hollow and plain, Like a few notes are missing from the music that's playing, When thoughts of you intrude my brain, It leaves me in Indescribable pain, Longing for something I'll never see again...
Sad but we do have to go through life in all its ups and downs.

DH most of us have been through the grinding stones of pain and came out crushed yet we have to leaven it with our tears and knead into the bread of hope to survive. Reminds me of the lines of the famous Indian poet Sarojini Naidu... Oh! fate betwixt the grinding stones of pain though you have crushed my life like broken grain yet I will leaven it with my tears and knead the bread of hope to oomfort and to feed the myriad hearts for whom my spirit bleeds......
But when thoughts of you intrude my brain, It leaves me in Indescribable pain, Longing for something I'll never see again.. yes always the sadness lingers of not being able to see the one we loved again. Sad but lovely poem.

All of us have been there.
Not many can express it as well as you.

intrude my brain,
It leaves me in
Indescribable pain,
O my! I so know this feeling, only another who suffered the same pain, will know how it feels. Torture is how I describe it.
