Feelings

Tear drops running down our checks

like a gentle rain falling from above

Why do we shed our tears from our eyes

Its our feelings we can't hold inside

falling, falling we can't hold them back

We share those heartbreaks for all to see

Just letting it all go gently falling down, down

We helpless to stop and can't hold them back

Its always feels good as we let those feelings go

We just can't hold them inside anymore

When the tears stop the smiles return

and our eyes will twinkle again

What a lovely poem Joe, thank you for sharing.I cry at the drop of a hat, my mother used to say, that my bladder was too near my eyes. I always feel better after a good cry. I do like a man who can cry too.
