A plea for Peace.
Free soldiers from release.
Families pray as their loved
ones go to war far away.
Children scream and cry,
Daddy please stay.

One day turns into years.
People living with such horrible
fears. Just watching the news each
night brings sorrow and fright.
We need to have Peace from the fight.

Yet it seems hopeless at times never give in.
Keep praying. No matter the terror
we may all feel from day into night.
Night into day. Bring your troubles
and lay them down. Listen to your soul
and Peace will be found.
