It's Hot Hot Hot!

Soaked in sweat
My head feels like it has been boiled like an egg
I have diarrhea
I don't care any more about this job
It is supposed to be better than this
You have air conditioning for the managers
But they don't want to share it with the workers
I wonder how the sweat shops across the world are doing in this weather
If you work for one of these places you are at the mercy of mother nature
When it is not June, July, or August, you do ok
But this is the time when you are tested
How much crap can I put up with?
But still I am glad I make more than Vietnamese workers
Who only make 2.50 dollars a day

I'm so sorry you have to work under those conditions. Just think - you are stronger for it then the pampered upper management. Just goes to show how greedy corporations are today. They never learn - that is why unions were started back during the sweat shop times in the past. very mad

Drink water because with sweat you are losing too much. When you wipe your sweat close your eyes. It will help. The idea when you close your eyes then your body temperature rises a little so when you open then you are a little coolerdoh

godsprincess, thanks for your comment, unions are on the decline. I worked in one union place, but the union leadership was in bed with management, so it was 70 hour work weeks and horrible working conditions plus crappy pay.frustrated

Moelle, thanks for the advice. We do get water breaks if the temperature and humidy are high enough, above 90 I'm guessing.very mad
