I dated a single dad last yr who had 3 kids under 5, and he had his exs 5 yr old son 2, we didnt get alot of time together, his ma minded them 2 nites a wk so we could meet up

lol i just after getting the brush off again becuse im a single dad the girl in question swapped numbers with me and all i got a text there now saying she wouldnt meet because of the little fella ah well her loss somebody elses gain.

Maybe when your saying your a single dad she has visions of you having him full-time, does she know how much time you only have your son and that you have lots of time on your hands 4 a relationship?

From a male perspective a single mom is your love object plus at least one. I have nothing against kids but wouldn't it be a little difficult? There is a pre-existing set of relationships at work in her little family which you have to merge with. There are a lot of issues you will have to cope with. "You're not my father" jealousy. "O.M.G. are you really doing that to my mom,, yuck!" disgust, etc etc. It's a lot of 'stuff'.
Some men seek out single moms but if I were the single mom I would have some worries with those guys. Not meaning they are all peedo's or anything. I just mean there may be a neediness or some other psychological issues they are trying to evade by 'joining the team'.
I did have a relationship with a single mom but her kids were pretty much grown up and were all at least independent. Moi, Daddy? Jamais!

uummmm to be honest no dont think i would, i mean like i'm 42 now, sometime down the line prob means a cpl of years so agewise it would be a big ask for me to start another family all over again having said that if one is deeply, madly nd crazy in love nd all sense gone out the window anything could happen so who knows
