It's supposed to be over 100 here today and one of the worse days.

2. Go away, lick wounds, think about why it pissed you off, think of an appropriate way to communicate that, sort is out (this can take a longer time with some things than others);
3. Walk away and forget about them (for severe, irreconcilable cases);
4. If its irreconcilable, but you can't walk away because your paths cross all the time for practical reasons, be civil, but emotionally withdraw.

Weatherman is on tv now saying the heat index will be 115 this afternoon and that I should conserve energy and stay cool. So I'll turn the tv off, the computer off, the AC off and then rush myself to the hospital with a bottle of water in my hand...

So then you have to explain again, that you look at her body language, is she holding the top of her head up while looking in the mirror?
