usmanarshad: The agency that fails to prevent its country from 9/11 attacks can never be good. They searched Bin Laden after 11 years. How could be they best intelligence?
Duh! They were the ones that found him silly. That one agency was hiding him and the others didn't know where he was - ever speaks volumes.

RayfromUSA: The one with enough intelligence to invest its efforts toward peace and truth instead of lies and war.
Then it would be a charity organization Ray. I certainly don't want my county's intel organizations looking out for other countries interests rather than ours and since you do, I'm glad you are not in charge of anything to do with me and mine.

Investing one's efforts toward peace and truth does not constitute a "charity organization". It constitutes sanity, as opposed to insanity.
Albertaghost: Stopping people from attacking your allies or people is not making war Ray.
But what happened in Vietnam, Using a totally fake "attack" (the gulf of Tonkin incident) was used to justify massive bombing of civilians and the resulting buildup of military action eventually led to the death of over 5 million people (including Cambodia and Laos). That's making war.
What happened in Iraq. The highway of death, the sanctions, shock and awe, depleted uranium, etc etc etc. all against a country that had been an ally and had never in any way attacked or even menaced to attack the US. Excuse given...deposing a dictator that the US itself had put in place. Total Iraqi dead about 3 million and counting (radioactivity all over the place). That's making war.
What happened in Panama A brutal invasion of an urban area with no military targets thousands of civilian dead. All to supposedly "bring to justice another US installed puppet dictator who had dined at the white house only months before. Real reason, to try to prevent control of the canal from passing back to the poor country from which it had been taken. (Remember Teddy Roosevelt's "I took Panama."? That's making war.
And what should I more say, for time would fail me to speak of Cuba, Spain, The Phillipines, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Libya, Morocco, China, Mexico, and all the other wars that the US has waged all over the globe against poor countries that had never attacked the US and had no way to defend themselves against such a superpower.
Don't give me that malarky about the US not doing anything but trying to defend the peace. It's so hypocritical it stinks.

Fake attack? While one was real the other was a mistaken action and .... used but was not fake. As for the war itself, you do know there was a cold war going on at the time in which both sides were engaged in proxie wars don't you? The domino effect and all.

An ally? Please provide something that is not you tube to support this garbage. As for not attacking the US it certainly did when it attacked her allies, aircraft, president etc.

How strange Ray, the canal was turned over to Panama in 77 and everything was fine up until Noriega. didn't adhere to the Torrijos–Carter Treaties. Of course, you have no idea of what they are so, just throw in your own fantasies which, by the current control of the same canal by a Chinese company shows is a complete fabrication of your imagination. That's making war.

And each of them was used by another superpower to intimidate, control or attack the other superpower from or with. Indeed Ray, you left that part out.

Well ray, since you have no idea that a conflict called the 'Cold War' ever existed there is really no point in going on.
