26m people are not extremist Juan. If you have 26m extremist people of left or right leaning in this country of 308m, you would have what is happening in the Arab Spring country of this summer. Only in the US.
The Tea Party 1m man Honor America Washington by Beck was not a extremist display. No riots occurred. No cross were burned on the White House front lawn. Washington was able to function.
While those protest in Cairo shut the government down and they were directed at the government to fail it.

But there are certainly some bad people in America, you just haven't seen them.
In my opinion most of the people in any country are pretty decent folk.
But it's fairly common for a bad greedy minority to rise to power. (some things float y'know).

I just threw another ten grand into the market on Friday. Hope the greedy CEOs of the companies I invested in continue to be greedy so they maximize profits.
Hey, even poor people can do the same providing they are willing to set aside some of their hard earned cash or, work twelve to sixteen hours a day like I do so they can have enough of it to do the same.
As for the free healthcare it is brought to you by the same people that bring you free invasions in Iraq, free Wars on Terror and goods free of taxation.

But, I would definitely suggest that we got what we bargained for.
Many Americans have been raised in a sheltered ignorant and prejudice environment and elected Gov officials to represent their twisted micro-cozm view of what we should live by. Our Southern Bible-belt and Eastern Ultra Conservatives have systematically destroyed this country over the past few decades. I have experienced the "Ugly American" in many of my travels thoughout the world.
But, It's a beautiful thing that people like you recognize we're all not like that .
