i keep telling people this, it is not the size that matters, it is the hip waist ratio, scientific fact that this is what attracts men most.

You need to be a healthy weight for your height
That is a myth you need to have a healthy amount of lean body mass for your height , there is no use in being the right weight if you body fat percentage is huge ,

Work in progress, its more about me being fitter than mirror cos i am a healthy enough weight for me...it's a personal thing...u know when u need to lose a few pounds, I may be no Gym Expert or fitness trainer but I do know my body and what is my healthy range...)

I agree there has to be physical attraction but personally i think its more important what a person's personality is like than what they look like. You could be dating the most beautiful person in the world but if they have a personality of a dialtone or you don't get on with them, looks don't really matter as much.

No I have not aged well, too much partying, late nights and fast living but it was worth every line on my face and will do it all again. I chose that Photo as it is the least flattering Photo I could find of myself. I am not trying to "sell" myself here.
Am I happy? well if I was to drop dead right now, I would know that I have lived a life and succeeded in doing all of the things I set myself to do and that what I have done will live on longer than you or I. That gives me a lot of satisfaction.
I feel pretty sure that "that girl", her name is missdundalk, is more than capable of sticking up for herself if she feels I was dissing her in any way.
I am concerned for people that age, and I know that it can be difficult and confusing navigating life nowadays in this country as well as way too much media attention given to the drinking and socialising habits of a younger generation, as if we never drank and partied.
