I voted for Favre (Fahv-Ray). I always liked the way he played the game, his enthusiasm, a small market. I gotta admit, I was a fan of Jim Kelly back in the day...
Yeah Moon was another one I was thinking about including but there are only 10 slots so somebody has to be left out. Like Flutie he tore up the CFL as well. Even though he played for a couple other NFL teams he will forever be an Oiler. Good call on Moon.
Sorry, I'm a Hate-triot. I used to like them when they were quiet, worked hard, and let their game speak. They were confident, humble, unselfish team. Then they became arrogant and no longer played with heart.
I'm also not a big fan of Tom Brady. He talked trash about my Gators last year because Michigan didn't get into the national championship game. Granted he's from Michigan but he would have been better off explaining why Michigan should be in and not how the Gator did not prove they were National Champ contenders. Well we proved it by stomping the Buckeyes, something Michigan failed to do. Go Gator!!
p.s. I graduated from UF and I was an intern for the basketball team when they won two straight Championships.
I'm not that crazy about tom brady, i hate all the GQ stuff but He's amazing this year and i can't deny him that. I like the back QB better Cassel, he's a cutie and he can run.
I'm an SF girl... it's Joe!!! Montana/Rice connection amazing!!! Actually met Jerry Rice... what a gent.
REGULAR SEASON - RUSHING STATISTICS
"Joe has to be considered the best quarterback who ever played. He has to be considered one of the best players who ever played, maybe THE best player. When you go through other positions, it's tough to quarrel with some of them. For the man who handles the ball, he would have to be the best." - Bill Walsh (as told to Mark Soltau), Beckett Great Sports Heroes: Joe Montana
