I can't vote as I need to check at least 6 of these as okay. Workaholic I would have some trouble with as I have been there. Depending what is wrong with the house that needs fixed. If there is no hot water or home is unsafe in some way, count me out. If the renovation is needed because the interior stills looks like it did when Great Aunt Martha bought it in the 1940's, I could live with it.

I actually like to shot them in the elevator when it's full of people, then after the detonation i start looking firmly to a random guy without saying a word and at that point everyone believes it's him. It can be dangerous if you select the wrong guy but it's totally worth it.
